It's a BRICK... TOAST!

It's mighty-mighty... just lettin' it all hang out!

On a nice little workday evening, I met up with my fellow 'SC alums and former roomies, Anna and Olivia for dinner and dessert at Guppy House and 85[degrees]C Bakery for a little pow-wow. Dinner of rice, some sauteed pork pieces (with skin!), "popcorn" chicken, potato salad and pickled veggies was yum... and then... dessert.

Butter Coconut Brick Toast (4.99) drizzled with chocolate and caramel, with a side of mango ice cream (2.00): "Rich creamy butter coconut spread on homemade thick toast and slowly baked in oven"

Here Anna and Olivia prepare to attack it with a couple of steak knives...

The toast was about 2" thick, and the top 3/4"-1" was a thick sweet crunchy top of a toast, with the bottom half a soft white bread of Hawaiian roll texture and consistency. Bring your sweet tooth, you'll need it!
