Taco Tuesdays

Across the street from the Costco in Fountain Valley is a cluster of furniture stores. And randomly, a small shop building of food and drink. This is where we found Cancun Fresh. It's quite similar to the more popular Baja Fresh, but something about this place is more "us". 

Perhaps it was their tacos. Their yummy yummy tacos. So simple, yet so good. We like these tacos. On a regular day, you can order any 4 tacos for $5, but on Taco Tuesday, it is, of course, a buck each.

I had one of each: beef, chicken, pulled beef and carnitas. My favorites are the beef and the carnitas (especially when I get the crunchy bits). So for 4 tacos at 4.00 (on Taco Tuesdays) with free chips and salsa, definitely cannot go wrong! But I was only able to finish 3 of them :(
